About this gene: FOXI1 belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors, which is characterized by a distinct forkhead domain. FOXI1 may play an important role in the development of the cochlea and vestibulum, as well as in embryogenesis. The FOXI1 protein has been found to be required for the transcription of four subunits of a proton pump found in the inner ear, the kidney, and the epididymis.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
