SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AMFR (autocrine motility factor receptor, also called gp78) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human AMFR qPCR Primer Set – autocrine motility factor receptor
Also known as: GP78, RNF45, SPG89
About this gene: This locus encodes a glycosylated transmembrane receptor. Its ligand, autocrine motility factor, is a tumor motility-stimulating protein secreted by tumor cells. The encoded receptor is also a member of the E3 ubiquitin ligase family of proteins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 267; HGNC ID: HGNC:463; UniProt: Q9UKV5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001144.6; Chromosome location: 16q13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
