SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human FMN2 (formin 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human FMN2 qPCR Primer Set – formin 2
About this gene: FMN2 belongs to the formin homology protein family. The FMN2 protein is believed to have essential roles in organization of the actin cytoskeleton and in cell polarity. The FMN2 protein mediates the formation of an actin mesh that positions the spindle during oogenesis and also regulates the formation of actin filaments in the nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56776; HGNC ID: HGNC:14074; UniProt: Q9NZ56; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020066.5; Chromosome location: 1q43
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
