SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AMELX (amelogenin X-linked) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human AMELX qPCR Primer Set – amelogenin X-linked
Also known as: AI1E, AIH1, ALGN, AMG, AMGL, AMGX
About this gene: AMELX belongs to the amelogenin family of extracellular matrix proteins. Amelogenins are involved in biomineralization during tooth enamel development. Mutations in AMELX cause X-linked amelogenesis imperfecta.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 265; HGNC ID: HGNC:461; UniProt: Q99217; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001142.2; Chromosome location: Xp22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
