About this gene: FLVCR1 belongs to the major facilitator superfamily of transporter proteins. The FLVCR1 protein is a heme transporter that may play a critical role in erythropoiesis by protecting developing erythroid cells from heme toxicity. FLVCR1 may play a role in posterior column ataxia with retinitis pigmentosa and the hematological disorder Diamond-Blackfan syndrome.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
