SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human FKBP2 (FKBP prolyl isomerase 2, also called Rotamase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human FKBP2 qPCR Primer Set – FKBP prolyl isomerase 2
Also known as: FKBP-13, FKBP13, PPIase
About this gene: The FKBP2 protein belongs to the immunophilin protein family, which play a role in immunoregulation and basic cellular processes involving protein folding and trafficking. This encoded protein is a cis-trans prolyl isomerase that binds the immunosuppressants FK506 and rapamycin. The FKBP2 gene product is believed to function as an ER chaperone and may also act as a component of membrane cytoskeletal scaffolds.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2286; HGNC ID: HGNC:3718; UniProt: P26885; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004470.4; Chromosome location: 11q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
