SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRAK2 (trafficking kinesin protein 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRAK2 qPCR Primer Set – trafficking kinesin protein 2
Also known as: ALS2CR3, CALS-C, GRIF-1, GRIF1, MILT2, OIP98
About this gene: TRAK2 is predicted to enable GABA receptor binding activity and myosin binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including mitochondrion distribution; protein targeting; and vesicle transport along microtubule. Predicted to be active in cytoplasmic vesicle; dendrite; and mitochondrion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 66008; HGNC ID: HGNC:13206; UniProt: O60296; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015049.3; Chromosome location: 2q33.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
