SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ABCC12 (ATP binding cassette subfamily C member 12) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ABCC12 qPCR Primer Set – ATP binding cassette subfamily C member 12
Also known as: MRP9
About this gene: ABCC12 belongs to the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette transporters and the ABCC12 protein contains two ATP-binding domains and 12 transmembrane regions. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intracellular membranes. ABC genes are divided into seven distinct subfamilies: ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, and White.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 94160; HGNC ID: HGNC:14640; UniProt: Q96J65; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001393797.1; Chromosome location: 16q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
