About this gene: FGD1 encodes a protein that contains Dbl and pleckstrin homology domains and is similar to the Rho family of small GTP-binding proteins. The FGD1 protein specifically binds to the Rho family GTPase Cdc42Hs and can stimulate the GDP-GTP exchange of the isoprenylated form of Cdc42Hs. The FGD1 gene product also stimulates the mitogen activated protein kinase cascade leading to c-Jun kinase SAPK/JNK1 activation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
