SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human FCGR3A (Fc gamma receptor IIIa, also called CD16-II) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human FCGR3A qPCR Primer Set – Fc gamma receptor IIIa
Also known as: CD16-II, CD16A, FCG3, FCGR3, FCRIIIA, FcGRIIIA, IGFR3, IMD20
About this gene: FCGR3A encodes a receptor for the Fc portion of immunoglobulin G, and it is involved in the removal of antigen-antibody complexes from the circulation, as well as other responses. FCGR3A is highly similar to another nearby gene located on chromosome 1. The receptor encoded by FCGR3A is expressed on natural killer cells as an integral membrane glycoprotein anchored through a transmembrane peptide, whereas FCGR3B is expressed on polymorphonuclear neutrophils where the receptor is anchored through a phosphatidylinositol linkage.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2214; HGNC ID: HGNC:3619; UniProt: P08637; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000569.8; Chromosome location: 1q23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
