SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human FCER1A (Fc epsilon receptor Ia, also called FcERI) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human FCER1A qPCR Primer Set – Fc epsilon receptor Ia
Also known as: FCE1A, FCERIA, FcERI
About this gene: The immunoglobulin epsilon receptor is the initiator of the allergic response. When two or more high-affinity IgE receptors are brought together by allergen-bound IgE molecules, mediators such as histamine that are responsible for allergy symptoms are released. This receptor is comprised of an alpha subunit, a beta subunit, and two gamma subunits.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2205; HGNC ID: HGNC:3609; UniProt: P12319; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001387280.1; Chromosome location: 1q23.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
