About this gene: FBXL7 belongs to the F-box protein family which is characterized by a 42-48 amino acid motif, the F-box, which binds to the S-phase kinase-associated protein 1 protein. The F-box proteins constitute one of the four subunits of E3 ubiquitin protein ligases called SCFs, which play a role in phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination of proteins. The F-box proteins are divided into 3 subfamilies based on the other domain in the protein: F-box proteins that also have a WD-40 domain.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
