About this gene: FBLIM1 encodes a protein with an N-terminal filamin-binding domain, a central proline-rich domain, and, multiple C-terminal LIM domains. The FBLIM1 protein localizes at cell junctions and may link cell adhesion structures to the actin cytoskeleton. The FBLIM1 protein may be involved in the assembly and stabilization of actin-filaments and likely is involved in modulating cell adhesion, cell morphology and cell motility.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
