About this gene: FAU is the cellular homolog of the fox sequence in the Finkel-Biskis-Reilly murine sarcoma virus. The FAU gene product encodes a fusion protein consisting of the ubiquitin-like protein fubi at the N terminus and ribosomal protein S30 at the C terminus. The FAU gene product has been proposed that the fusion protein is post-translationally processed to generate free fubi and free ribosomal protein S30.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
