About this gene: FATE1 encodes a cancer-testis antigen that is highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinomas and other tumors and weakly expressed in normal tissues except testis. The protein is strongly expressed in spermatogonia, primary spermatocytes, and Sertoli cells in seminiferous tubules. The FATE1 protein may have a role in the control of early testicular differentiation and cell proliferation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
