SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human FAAH (fatty acid amide hydrolase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human FAAH qPCR Primer Set – fatty acid amide hydrolase
Also known as: FAAH-1, FAAH1, PSAB
About this gene: FAAH encodes a protein that is responsible for the hydrolysis of a number of primary and secondary fatty acid amides, including the neuromodulatory compounds anandamide and oleamide.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2166; HGNC ID: HGNC:3553; UniProt: O00519; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001441.3; Chromosome location: 1p33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
