SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human F13B (coagulation factor XIII B chain) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human F13B qPCR Primer Set – coagulation factor XIII B chain
Also known as: FXIIIB
About this gene: F13B encodes coagulation factor XIII B subunit. Coagulation factor XIII is the last zymogen to become activated in the blood coagulation cascade. Plasma factor XIII is a heterotetramer composed of 2 A subunits and 2 B subunits.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2165; HGNC ID: HGNC:3534; UniProt: P05160; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001994.3; Chromosome location: 1q31.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
