SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human EYA3 (EYA transcriptional coactivator and phosphatase 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human EYA3 qPCR Primer Set – EYA transcriptional coactivator and phosphatase 3
About this gene: EYA3 belongs to the eyes absent family of proteins. The EYA3 protein may act as a transcriptional activator and have a role during development. The EYA3 gene product can act as a mediator of chemoresistance and cell survival in Ewing sarcoma cells, where EYA3 is up-regulated via a micro-RNA that binds to the 3' UTR of the transcript.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2140; HGNC ID: HGNC:3521; UniProt: Q99504; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001990.4; Chromosome location: 1p35.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
