SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ERO1B (endoplasmic reticulum oxidoreductase 1 beta, also called ERO1-L-beta) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ERO1B qPCR Primer Set – endoplasmic reticulum oxidoreductase 1 beta
Also known as: ERO1LB, Ero1beta
About this gene: ERO1B enables protein-disulfide reductase activity and thiol oxidase activity. It is involved in protein folding in endoplasmic reticulum. Predicted to be active in endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56605; HGNC ID: HGNC:14355; UniProt: Q86YB8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_019891.4; Chromosome location: 1q42.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
