SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ERH (ERH mRNA splicing and mitosis factor) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ERH qPCR Primer Set – ERH mRNA splicing and mitosis factor
Also known as: DROER
About this gene: ERH enables methyl-CpG binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in mRNA export from nucleus and pyrimidine nucleoside metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2079; HGNC ID: HGNC:3447; UniProt: P84090; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004450.3; Chromosome location: 14q24.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
