Human ERCC6L qPCR Primer Set – ERCC excision repair 6 like DNA helicase
Also known as: PICH, RAD26L
About this gene: ERCC6L belongs to the SWItch/Sucrose Non-Fermentable family of proteins, and contains a SNF2-like ATPase domain and a PICH family domain. One distinguishing feature of this SWI/SNF protein family member is that during interphase, the protein is excluded from the nucleus, and only associates with chromatin after the nuclear envelope has broken down. The ERCC6L protein is a DNA translocase that is believed to bind double-stranded DNA that is exposed to stretching forces, such as those exerted by the mitotic spindle.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54821; HGNC ID: HGNC:20794; UniProt: Q2NKX8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017669.4; Chromosome location: Xq13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
