About this gene: ERCC6 encodes a DNA-binding protein that is important in transcription-coupled excision repair. The ERCC6 protein has ATP-stimulated ATPase activity, interacts with multiple transcription and excision repair proteins, and may promote complex formation at DNA repair sites. Mutations in ERCC6 are linked to Cockayne syndrome type B and cerebrooculofacioskeletal syndrome 1.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
