SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ERCC4 (ERCC excision repair 4, endonuclease catalytic subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ERCC4 qPCR Primer Set – ERCC excision repair 4, endonuclease catalytic subunit
Also known as: ERCC11, FANCQ, RAD1, XFEPS, XPF
About this gene: The ERCC4 protein forms a complex with ERCC1 and is involved in the 5' incision made during nucleotide excision repair. This complex is a structure specific DNA repair endonuclease that interacts with EME1. Defects in ERCC4 are a cause of xeroderma pigmentosum complementation group F, or xeroderma pigmentosum VI.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2072; HGNC ID: HGNC:3436; UniProt: Q92889; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005236.3; Chromosome location: 16p13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
