About this gene: ERBB3 belongs to the epidermal growth factor receptor family of receptor tyrosine kinases. This membrane-bound protein has a neuregulin binding domain but not an active kinase domain. The ERBB3 gene product therefore can bind this ligand but not convey the signal into the cell through protein phosphorylation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
