Human EPRS1 qPCR Primer Set – glutamyl-prolyl-tRNA synthetase 1
Also known as: EARS, EPRS, GLUPRORS, HLD15, PARS, PIG32, QARS, QPRS
About this gene: Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases are a class of enzymes that charge tRNAs with their cognate amino acids. The EPRS1 protein is a multifunctional aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase that catalyzes the aminoacylation of glutamic acid and proline tRNA species.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2058; HGNC ID: HGNC:3418; UniProt: P07814; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004446.3; Chromosome location: 1q41
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
