SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ALDH9A1 (aldehyde dehydrogenase 9 family member A1, also called TMABA-DH) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ALDH9A1 qPCR Primer Set – aldehyde dehydrogenase 9 family member A1
Also known as: ALDH4, ALDH7, ALDH9, E3, TMABA-DH, TMABADH, TMABALDH
About this gene: The ALDH9A1 protein belongs to the aldehyde dehydrogenase family of proteins. The ALDH9A1 gene product has a high activity for oxidation of gamma-aminobutyraldehyde and other amino aldehydes. The enzyme catalyzes the dehydrogenation of gamma-aminobutyraldehyde to gamma-aminobutyric acid.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 223; HGNC ID: HGNC:412; UniProt: P49189; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000696.4; Chromosome location: 1q24.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
