SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ENTPD1 (ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 1, also called ATP-DPH) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ENTPD1 qPCR Primer Set – ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 1
Also known as: ATP-DPH, ATPDase, CD39, NTPDase-1, SPG64
About this gene: The ENTPD1 protein is a plasma membrane protein that hydrolyzes extracellular ATP and ADP to AMP. Inhibition of this protein's activity may confer anticancer benefits.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 953; HGNC ID: HGNC:3363; UniProt: P49961; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001776.6; Chromosome location: 10q24.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
