SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CLINT1 (clathrin interactor 1, also called Clint) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CLINT1 qPCR Primer Set – clathrin interactor 1
Also known as: CLINT, ENTH, EPN4, EPNR
About this gene: CLINT1 encodes a protein with similarity to the epsin family of endocytic adapter proteins. The CLINT1 protein interacts with clathrin, the adapter protein AP-1 and phosphoinositides. The CLINT1 protein may be involved in the formation of clathrin coated vesicles and trafficking between the trans-Golgi network and endosomes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9685; HGNC ID: HGNC:23186; UniProt: Q14677; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014666.4; Chromosome location: 5q33.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
