SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ENPP4 (ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase 4, also called AP3Aase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ENPP4 qPCR Primer Set – ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase 4
Also known as: NPP4
About this gene: ENPP4 enables bis-triphosphatase activity. It is involved in positive regulation of blood coagulation and purine ribonucleoside catabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 22875; HGNC ID: HGNC:3359; UniProt: Q9Y6X5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014936.5; Chromosome location: 6p21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
