SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ENAH (ENAH actin regulator) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ENAH qPCR Primer Set – ENAH actin regulator
Also known as: ENA, MENA, NDPP1
About this gene: ENAH belongs to the enabled/ vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein. Members of ENAH family are involved in actin-based motility. The ENAH protein is involved in regulating the assembly of actin filaments and modulates cell adhesion and motility.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55740; HGNC ID: HGNC:18271; UniProt: Q8N8S7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018212.6; Chromosome location: 1q42.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
