Human ELMOD3 qPCR Primer Set – ELMO domain containing 3
Also known as: DFNA81, DFNB88, LST3, RBED1, RBM29
About this gene: ELMOD3 belongs to the engulfment and cell motility family of GTPase-activating proteins that regulate Arf GTPase proteins. Members of this family are defined by a conserved engulfment and cell motility domain. In rat cochlea, the ELMOD3 protein is found in stereocilia, kinocilia and cuticular plate of developing hair cells suggesting a function for this protein in cochlear sensory cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84173; HGNC ID: HGNC:26158; UniProt: Q96FG2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001135022.2; Chromosome location: 2p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
