About this gene: ELK3 belongs to the ETS-domain transcription factor family and the ternary complex factor subfamily. Proteins in this subfamily regulate transcription when recruited by serum response factor to bind to serum response elements. The ELK3 protein is activated by signal-induced phosphorylation; studies in rodents suggest that it is a transcriptional inhibitor in the absence of Ras, but activates transcription when Ras is present.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
