About this gene: In humans, the ELAV like RNA binding protein gene family has four members. ELAVL RNA binding proteins recognize AU-rich elements in the 3' UTRs of gene transcripts and thereby regulate gene expression post-transcriptionally. The ELAVL2 protein binds to multiple 3' UTRs, including its own and also that of FOS, ID, and POU5F1.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
