SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human EIF4A2 (eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4A2, also called eIF4A-II) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human EIF4A2 qPCR Primer Set – eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4A2
Also known as: BM-010, DDX2B, EIF4A, EIF4F, NEDHSS, eIF-4A-II, eIF4A-II
About this gene: EIF4A2 enables ATP hydrolysis activity. It is involved in negative regulation of RNA-dependent RNA polymerase activity. Implicated in neurodevelopmental disorder with hypotonia and speech delay.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1974; HGNC ID: HGNC:3284; UniProt: Q14240; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001967.4; Chromosome location: 3q27.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
