SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human EIF3A (eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit A, also called eIF-3-theta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human EIF3A qPCR Primer Set – eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit A
Also known as: EIF3, EIF3S10, P167, TIF32, eIF3-p170, eIF3-theta, p180, p185
About this gene: EIF3A enables RNA binding activity. Contributes to translation initiation factor activity. It is involved in IRES-dependent viral translational initiation; formation of cytoplasmic translation initiation complex; and viral translational termination-reinitiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8661; HGNC ID: HGNC:3271; UniProt: Q14152; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003750.4; Chromosome location: 10q26.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
