SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human EIF2B3 (eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2B subunit gamma) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human EIF2B3 qPCR Primer Set – eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2B subunit gamma
Also known as: EIF-2B, EIF2Bgamma, VWM3
About this gene: Mutations in EIF2B3 have been linked to leukodystrophy with vanishing white matter.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8891; HGNC ID: HGNC:3259; UniProt: Q9NR50; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020365.5; Chromosome location: 1p34.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
