SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human EHD3 (EH domain containing 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human EHD3 qPCR Primer Set – EH domain containing 3
Also known as: PAST3
About this gene: EHD3 is predicted to enable protein-macromolecule adaptor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cytosolic transport; endocytic recycling; and protein homooligomerization. It acts upstream of or within protein localization to plasma membrane and regulation of cardiac muscle cell membrane potential.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 30845; HGNC ID: HGNC:3244; UniProt: Q9NZN3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014600.3; Chromosome location: 2p23.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
