SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human EGR2 (early growth response 2, also called AT591) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human EGR2 qPCR Primer Set – early growth response 2
Also known as: AT591, CMT1D, CMT4E, KROX20
About this gene: The EGR2 protein is a transcription factor with three tandem C2H2-type zinc fingers. Defects in EGR2 are linked to Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 1D, Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 4E, and with Dejerine-Sottas syndrome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1959; HGNC ID: HGNC:3239; UniProt: P11161; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000399.5; Chromosome location: 10q21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
