About this gene: The EGR1 protein belongs to the EGR family of C2H2-type zinc-finger proteins. The EGR1 gene product is a nuclear protein and acts as a transcriptional regulator. The products of target genes it activates are required for differentitation and mitogenesis.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
