SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human EGLN3 (egl-9 family hypoxia inducible factor 3, also called PHD3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human EGLN3 qPCR Primer Set – egl-9 family hypoxia inducible factor 3
Also known as: HIFP4H3, HIFPH3, PHD3
About this gene: EGLN3 enables peptidyl-proline 4-dioxygenase activity. It is involved in negative regulation of ferroptosis; protein hydroxylation; and protein stabilization. Implicated in renal cell carcinoma.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 112399; HGNC ID: HGNC:14661; UniProt: Q9H6Z9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022073.4; Chromosome location: 14q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
