SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human EFNA2 (ephrin A2, also called HEK7-L) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human EFNA2 qPCR Primer Set – ephrin A2
Also known as: ELF-1, EPLG6, HEK7-L, LERK-6, LERK6
About this gene: EFNA2 belongs to the ephrin family. The protein is composed of a signal sequence, a receptor-binding region, a spacer region, and a hydrophobic region. The EPH and EPH-related receptors comprise the largest subfamily of receptor protein-tyrosine kinases and have been implicated in mediating developmental events, particularly in the nervous system.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1943; HGNC ID: HGNC:3222; UniProt: O43921; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001405.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
