About this gene: EFEMP1 belongs to the fibulin family of extracellular matrix glycoproteins. Like all members of this family, the EFEMP1 protein contains tandemly repeated epidermal growth factor-like repeats followed by a C-terminus fibulin-type domain. EFEMP1 is upregulated in malignant gliomas and may play a role in the aggressive nature of these tumors.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
