SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CRACR2A (calcium release activated channel regulator 2A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CRACR2A qPCR Primer Set – calcium release activated channel regulator 2A
Also known as: EFCAB4B, RAB46
About this gene: CRACR2A enables G protein activity and calcium ion binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including positive regulation of JNK cascade; positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport; and store-operated calcium entry.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84766; HGNC ID: HGNC:28657; UniProt: Q9BSW2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001144958.2; Chromosome location: 12p13.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
