SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CLXN (calaxin) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CLXN qPCR Primer Set – calaxin
Also known as: CILD53, EFCAB1, ODAD5
About this gene: CLXN is predicted to enable calcium ion binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including cilium movement; outer dynein arm assembly; and regulation of flagellated sperm motility. Implicated in primary ciliary dyskinesia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79645; HGNC ID: HGNC:25678; UniProt: Q9HAE3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024593.4; Chromosome location: 8q11.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
