About this gene: EEF1E1 encodes a multifunctional protein that localizes to both the cytoplasm and nucleus. In the cytoplasm, the EEF1E1 protein is an auxiliary component of the macromolecular aminoacyl-tRNA synthase complex. However, its mouse homolog is reported to translocate to the nucleus in response to DNA damage, and it plays a positive role in ATM/ATR-mediated p53 activation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
