Human LPAR3 qPCR Primer Set – lysophosphatidic acid receptor 3
Also known as: EDG7, Edg-7, GPCR, HOFNH30, LP-A3, LPA3, RP4-678I3
About this gene: LPAR3 belongs to the G protein-coupled receptor family, as well as the EDG family of proteins. The LPAR3 protein acts as a cellular receptor for lysophosphatidic acid and mediates lysophosphatidic acid-evoked calcium mobilization. This receptor couples predominantly to G alpha proteins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23566; HGNC ID: HGNC:14298; UniProt: Q9UBY5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012152.3; Chromosome location: 1p22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
