SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human S1PR2 (sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 2, also called S1P2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human S1PR2 qPCR Primer Set – sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 2
Also known as: AGR16, DFNB68, EDG-5, EDG5, Gpcr13, H218, LPB2, S1P2
About this gene: S1PR2 belongs to the G protein-coupled receptors, as well as the EDG family of proteins. The S1PR2 protein is a receptor for sphingosine 1-phosphate, which participates in cell proliferation, survival, and transcriptional activation. Defects in S1PR2 have been linked to congenital profound deafness.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9294; HGNC ID: HGNC:3169; UniProt: O95136; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004230.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
