SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human S1PR1 (sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1, also called S1P1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human S1PR1 qPCR Primer Set – sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1
Also known as: CD363, CHEDG1, D1S3362, ECGF1, EDG-1, EDG1, S1P1
About this gene: The S1PR1 protein is structurally similar to G protein-coupled receptors and is highly expressed in endothelial cells. The S1PR1 gene product binds the ligand sphingosine-1-phosphate with high affinity and high specificity, and suggested to be involved in the processes that regulate the differentiation of endothelial cells. Activation of this receptor induces cell-cell adhesion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1901; HGNC ID: HGNC:3165; UniProt: P21453; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001400.5; Chromosome location: 1p21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
