SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ECHDC2 (enoyl-CoA hydratase domain containing 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ECHDC2 qPCR Primer Set – enoyl-CoA hydratase domain containing 2
About this gene: ECHDC2 is predicted to enable enoyl-CoA hydratase activity. It is predicted to be involved in fatty acid beta-oxidation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55268; HGNC ID: HGNC:23408; UniProt: Q86YB7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001198961.2; Chromosome location: 1p32.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
