SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ECH1 (enoyl-CoA hydratase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ECH1 qPCR Primer Set – enoyl-CoA hydratase 1
Also known as: HPXEL
About this gene: ECH1 belongs to the hydratase/isomerase superfamily. The gene product shows high sequence similarity to enoyl-coenzyme A hydratases of multiple species, particularly within a conserved domain characteristic of these proteins. The encoded protein, which contains a C-terminal peroxisomal targeting sequence, localizes to the peroxisome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1891; HGNC ID: HGNC:3149; UniProt: Q13011; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001398.3; Chromosome location: 19q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
